- Whole wheat / grain tortilla wrap
- Nitrate free deli meat
- Kalamata olives, sliced
- Sun dried tomatoes (or raw tomatoes), Banana peppers and/or Spinach
- Mozzarella cheese
Lay out two tortillas, slice 1/4 snippet. In the first quadrant, put 1/3 cup cheese. In the next quadrant place vegetables, next place 20 olive slices. In the final quadrant place 3 slices of deli meat. Fold up one quadrant at a time. If desired, place on warm cast iron skillet w/ press on top, then flip when brown.
