1. Start a morning ritual. (even if you’re not a morning person)

Even if it’s five minutes, you need a morning ritual. Don’t let the kids or life dictate your day! YOU can set the tone for your day and feel more motivated & empowered with a morning ritual.

2. Organize your closet.

Organizing your closet never ceases to make you feel AMAZING. So, give it a go. We’ll tell you how. It’s not hard and it’s like a free therapy session. Plus you’ll feel like a million bucks every time you get dressed.

3. Do a 30 minute Guided Life Coaching Session.

You knew this one was coming. A budget helps you make sure all your hopes and dreams are possible. It’s not about restricting you but rather putting what’s most important in front of you and chasing after it relentlessly. For example, if your goal is to travel more this year, a budget will help you! If you want to stress less, a budget will help you!

11. Pick a budget line item to use cash for so you can be more disciplined with your money.

Many of our clients graduate from using cash once they establish some discipline and momentum. But, it’s always a good thing to start with or to go back to if you find yourself slipping into old bad habits or not being as disciplined.

12. Save & set aside your Emergency Fund (we will tell you how & where).

Adulting. That’s what an Emergency Fund is all about and we’re here to help….adulting isn’t always easy or fun. And it certainly didn’t come with a manual. So, this is your manual. Even if you’ve got one, we’ll help you with where to move it.

13. Reduce stress, anxiety & worry with this simple three-step process.

Over and over again it comes true that when you get things out of your head and onto paper you feel better and stop worrying so much. Science has proven it too. Even if you don’t love journaling, you can use bullets, single words even! Give this a try just once and see how it feels.
