Small Group Personal Training: Small class size where we work on strength, endurance, cardio, flexibility, balance and core! Every workout is different and we love to make it fun with music, giggles and more to keep your mind thinking you’re having fun. The 1 trainer to 6 or fewer people allows you to build relationships with folks who will encourage you and keep you accountable but also allows the trainer to give proper attention to each client’s safety, form and progress.
