Classes
We offer Personal Training Classes, Barre, Pilates and Dance Fitness classes. Every class is designed to scale for every level of fitness. Our classes are 45 minutes, efficient, upbeat and tough so you get results! Our instructors LOVE what they do and you’ll notice that. They also are personally invested in you and your success because that is what we are all called to do: help you live your best life.
Nutrition
We do not believe in diets. But we also believe nutrition is the fastest way to lose weight and feel better in your own skin.
We believe in eating well in a way that you can maintain for a lifetime. We offer coaching, recipes, meal plans and more to help you make healthy simple and doable.
Fun
You pour out to others all day and night. This is YOUR time. Our classes are fun and upbeat. There will be music. There will be laughing. There will be encouragement. You will leave feeling a million times better than when you walked in. That’s our job. Your job is just to show up.
