What is group fitness + coaching?

Our program is a 3-day a week program that combines exercise with group coaching on topics like nutrition, budgets, home organization and more. It’s for women who want to improve their lives in more than one way.

Whether you’re brand new to fitness or self-improvement, our program will challenge you to move ever closer to the best version of yourself. We want to help you create the ideal balance in your life which, in turn, has a ripple effect in your family, in our community and in the world.

How does group fitness + coaching work?

Our group fitness + coaching program is built around monthly themes. Each Monday, Wednesday and Friday you’ll go through three easy-to-follow and body-challenging workouts. Then, on Monday and Wednesday we’ll take advantage of you good, endorphin-fueled mood, to teach & coach on a topic that impacts your life. We’ll have a short topic-teach, coaching on the topic and a worksheet for you to track your progress.

Our group builds trust in the sweat sessions and continues that spirit of encouragement and accountability right into the group coaching session. This is where the magic really happens! Our group takes consistent actions and their life reflects it.
