Mom, take a break while the kids get a workout!

Workout

We will have a trainer-led workout where kids can test their strength, track their progress and prove to themselves just how tough they are!

Friends

Nothing makes working out better than friends! We’re providing a time where kiddos can hang out with friends without Mom having to be there in the hopes that they can continue to mature their relational skills.

Lunch

After their workout, the kiddos will get a chance to eat their packed lunch and chat together.


Play or exercise? A child’s body doesn’t know the difference, but their minds say they’re having fun!
