The Ideal Balance 21 Day Fix Challenge


We’re going to learn about food, about your body and what it takes to FUEL it so that it will willingly lose weight. We’re also going to focus on you finding foods and recipes that you LOVE and want to eat!


You can’t manage what you don’t measure. And the more you track and understand what’s going into your body, the more success you’ll have. We’ll also track EVERY single beginning metric when it comes to body fat, inches, weight and more so that you have LOTS of ways to win.


We will have weekly accountability calls so that we can talk about your struggles and your wins. We’ll solve for any problems or issues you’re having and talk about new ideas to keep you on track.

It takes 21 days to make a habit!

Losing weight doesn’t have to be complicated or hard. The 21 Day Fix is like the baby steps of nutrition & weight loss.

We’ll teach about balancing your nutrition & your meals. Then we’ll you provide you with the tools to plan & prep your own meals!
