The easiest, healthiest way to meal prep (with recipes!)

Do you want to make eating healthy so easy it’s harder not to do it than it is to do it? Great! We have a not-so-secret weapon for you. It’s a sheet pan!
Yes, we love this kitchen superhero. It’s a one-dish wonder that will help you make simple meals with minimal clean up.

You see, we believe that eating healthy is not complicated. It also doesn’t have to be boring.

We also believe that eating healthy is important-did we mention that part? Super important. But we find, more and more, that folks have a really hard time finding time or energy to cook healthy for themselves and their families. So, we are trying to take the guess work out of that. Behold, the 14 Day Sheet Pan Cookbook!

Over the next few days we’re going to send you a few recipes you might like to try. The goal of the sheet pan is to get healthy food in your belly with minimal effort and then to repeat that over and over. The recipes we will provide are specifically not complicated-as in usually fewer than five or six ingredients. They can all be made in about 30 minutes! Let’s dive in to today’s recipe.
Ingredients
2 large potatoes
4 cups green beans
2 steaks, about 2 pounds in total
3 tbsp olive oil, divided
Weber Chicago Steakhouse Seasoning
Fresh ground Salt & pepper

Directions
Preheat the oven to 400F. Place parchment paper on a sheet pan. Dice potatoes into bite size pieces. Toss potatoes and green beans plus in a bowl with olive oil and seasoning. Dump on pan, roast for 20 minutes. Add steaks to pan (it’ll be hot, careful!), brush with oil and add fresh ground salt and pepper to taste. Broil steak 5 – 7 minutes on each side, according to size & desired doneness. Cook through.

Tada! This recipe is an example of our mantra: healthy does not have to be boring. Yes, we don’t have all that many steak recipes in the cookbook, but we do have a few. Our goal is to help you be healthy and to make it as simple and easy as possible.
