Let’s empower the kids to eat healthy & prepare their own meals.
We know one of your top priorities is your kid’s health. We also know you want to empower them with skills that will help them to be successful adults.
We’re going to walk you through the process of how to build a healthy lunch that kids will actually want to eat! Then, the kids will create the lunches themselves.
Join us for a Virtual School Lunch Workshop!
Learn what healthy means
These days our kids are so detached from what actual healthy food is, we need to take a moment and figure out what healthy means! We’ll teach moms & kiddos what the five parts of a healthy lunch are.
Create a Plan
Once the kiddos have learned how to build a healthy lunch, we will let them select their choices to make that lunch. This is where they will learn to plan their own lunches. They’ll get their own plan and shopping list that they can give you, the parents, each week. This list will be filled with their favorite things to eat from all the healthy choices. In this way, we build buy in-they decide, therefore they’re more likely to want to eat.
Prepping each week
Making the lunches each Sunday saves a week of last-minute hassle. It’ll also save you money and will certainly be more healthy than other choices they can make. So, we’re going to teach them exactly how to create their meals, step by step, in just ten minutes! They’ll learn by DOING and then be able to do it again.
Let’s empower our kids with skills and with healthy food!
